Easy! If the payment is not received within 30 days, the reservation will be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5\ufe0f\u20e3 Need to Cancel?<\/strong><br>No problem\u2014just let us know at least <strong>24 hours in advance<\/strong>.<br>If you cancel in time, your rental fee will be credited back to your HOA account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6\ufe0f\u20e3 No Deposit Required<\/strong><br>Instead of a deposit, any damages or rule violations will simply be charged to your HOA account if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7\ufe0f\u20e3 Day of Your Event<\/strong><br>The Clubhouse Monitor will meet you, provide access, and do a quick walkthrough to get you started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8\ufe0f\u20e3 After the Event<\/strong><br>The Clubhouse Monitor will meet you to make sure everything is back in order..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minor items can be fixed on the spot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there are issues, you\u2019ll be notified and given details about any extra expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9\ufe0f\u20e3 We Keep Records<\/strong><br>All reservations, payments, and agreements are tracked in the online portal for easy reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc4d A Few Helpful Tips<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Book early<\/strong>\u2014dates fill up quickly (Particularly for weekends and holidays.)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Resident Requests are&nbsp;time-stamped&nbsp;to resolve any scheduling conflicts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure payment is completed within <strong>30 days<\/strong> to hold your reservation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leave the space as you found it to avoid any extra charges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Clubhouse Reservations Planning an event at the Woods clubhouse?
