This can help clarify requirements and avoid delays\u2014but keep in mind this feedback is informal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Review our governing documents which spell out the requirements for our neighborhood. <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1t7mp19N_rw-YZxdQCLE0YaiKsHqSCnk5\/view?usp=sharing\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1t7mp19N_rw-YZxdQCLE0YaiKsHqSCnk5\/view?usp=sharing\">Owner&#8217;s Manual<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1huIc4x1FfkuV4apw0BKme8ywzYzR3S4q\/view?usp=sharing\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1huIc4x1FfkuV4apw0BKme8ywzYzR3S4q\/view?usp=sharing\">Design Standards<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcc4 Submit Your Request<\/strong><br>Complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/woodsofbeavercreek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ARC-Imoprovement-Request-Form-26-Apr-2026.doc\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/woodsofbeavercreek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ARC-Imoprovement-Request-Form-26-Apr-2026.doc\">ARC request form <\/a>and send it (with any supporting documents, plans, photos, or details) to the Property Administrator by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udccb Review Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Property Administrator logs your request and checks that it\u2019s complete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your request is then sent to the ARC Committee for review<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ARC reviews it against HOA guidelines and may ask for more information if needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2714\ufe0f Decision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Approved:<\/strong> You\u2019ll receive written approval and can move forward. Typically within 2 weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Denied:<\/strong> You\u2019ll receive an explanation, including reference to the applicable rules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2696\ufe0f Appeals (if needed)<\/strong><br>If your request is denied, you may appeal to the HOA Board through the Property Manager.
